style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Raziskovalci FDA so s pomo\u010djo raziskovalcev iz Centers for Medicare &amp; Medicaid Services (CMS) analizirali podatke iz baze podatkov CMS. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vklju\u010devali so upravi\u010dence Medicare Fee-for-Service, stare 65 let ali ve\u010d, ki so prejeli cepivo v dolo\u010denem obdobju, ki so bili vklju\u010deni, rezultata.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pribli\u017eno 25 milijonov ljudi prejema Medicare Fee-for-Service, vendar jih je bilo v obravnavanem obdobju cepljenih le okoli 17 milijonov.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Raziskovalci so uporabili testiranje verjetnosti, da bi odkrili pove\u010dano tveganje za enega ali ve\u010d od 14 izidov po cepljenju. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Cilj je bil ugotoviti, ali lahko cepljenje pove\u010da tveganje za ne\u017eelene izide, kot href=\"https:\/\/www.theepochtimes.com\/health\/fda-waited-months-to-alert-public-to-possible-covid-19-vaccine-safety-issues-researchers-disclose_4932029.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">mesece po prvem odkritju mo\u017enih te\u017eav<\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Bili so tisti \u0161tirje, ki so opisani v novem dokumentu, kar je prva posodobitev, ki jo je agencija podala o zadevi od njene objave.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Do 15. januarja 2022 je bilo odkritih 9.065 primerov pomanjkanja kisika v srcu, kar je znano kot akutni miokardni infarkt, so razkrili raziskovalci v novi \u0161tudiji. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Do istega dne je bilo ugotovljenih 6.346 primerov plju\u010dne embolije, 1.064 primerov imunske trombocitopenije in 263 primerov koagulacije.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/delinaprej.eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/table-fda_1.jpg\" iz <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sciencedirect.com\/science\/article\/pii\/S0264410X22014931\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">novega dokumenta<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Primarna analiza je pokazala varnostni signal za vse \u0161tiri izide. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Raziskovalci so posku\u0161ali prilagoditi \u0161tevilke z uporabo razli\u010dnih spremenljivk. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Na eni to\u010dki so se na primer prilagodili variaciji osnovnih inherit;\">Plju\u010dna embolija pa je \u0161e naprej statisti\u010dno pomembna, so povedali raziskovalci. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Plju\u010dna embolija je resno stanje, ki lahko povzro\u010di smrt.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Omejitve \u0161tudije so vklju\u010devale mo\u017ene la\u017ene signale in mo\u017ene zgre\u0161ene signale style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Moderna in Johnson &amp; Johnson nista odgovorila na zahteve za komentar.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Stranski u\u010dinki<\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vsa tri cepiva so povezana s \u0161tevilnimi stranskimi u\u010dinki. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Vnetje srca je vzro\u010dno povezano s cepivi Moderna in Pfizer, so potrdili strokovnjaki po vsem svetu, medtem ko je Johnson &amp; Johnson&#8217;s povezano s krvnimi strdki.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">O drugih stanjih, kot je plju\u010dna embolija, so poro\u010dali oblastem in jih <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC8604520\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">opisali v \u0161tudijah<\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">, \u010deprav <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.acpjournals.org\/doi\/10.7326\/M22-0988\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">nekateri \u010dlanki<\/span><\/a><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"> niso ugotovili pove\u010danja tveganja po cepljenju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Pribli\u017eno 4.214 poro\u010dil o plju\u010dni emboliji po cepljenju, vklju\u010dno s 1.886 poro\u010dili po prejemu Pfizerjevega cepiva, je bilo do 9. decembra prijavljenih v ameri\u0161ki sistem za poro\u010danje o ne\u017eelenih dogodkih pri cepljenju.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Na isti datum je bilo danih 1.434 poro\u010dil o miokardnem infarktu po cepljenju, vklju\u010dno s 736 po prejemu Pfizerjevega cepiva; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">469 poro\u010dil o imunski trombocitopeniji po cepljenju, vklju\u010dno z 234 po prejemu Pfizerjevega cepiva; <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">in 78 poro\u010dil o intravaskularni koagulaciji po cepljenju, vklju\u010dno z 42 po prejemu Pfizerjevega cepiva.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\"><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">Poro\u010dila v sistem lahko vlo\u017ei kdorkoli, vendar jih ve\u010dino vlo\u017eijo zdravstveni delavci, ka\u017eejo \u0161tudije. <\/span><span style=\"vertical-align: inherit;\">\u0160tevilo poro\u010dil je glede na \u0161tudije
